Welcome!<\/p>\n<p>In Diego Bruno\u2019s work, questions of site, politics of space, and language are explored through video, written text, drawing, photography and exhibition as a technique. The works attempt to emphasize the friction between aesthetic and political awareness in the framework of their respective narratives.<\/p>\n<p>More about the exhibition:<br \/>\n<a title=\"8.\u201331.3.2013 Diego Bruno: Location\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hippolyte.fi\/diego-bruno-location-2\/?lang=en\">8.\u201331.3.2013, Diego Bruno: Location<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diego Bruno<\/strong> (b. Argentina) lives and works in Helsinki. He studied History of Art at the University of Buenos Aires, holds a BA in Fine Arts from the Escola Massana (Barcelona) and a MFA in Fine Arts from the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts. Bruno has participated in several international studio programs and his work has been shown extensively internationally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taru Elfving<\/strong> is the programme director at HIAP \u2013 Helsinki International Artist Programme. Elfving has more than 10 years of international experience as curator of contemporary art, tutor and freelance writer.
