TEOS art sales event will once again bring an abundance of photographic art, sculpture, and printmaking to the Merikaapelihalli at the Cable Factory this May. The most diverse contemporary art sales event of the year will take place from 8\u201317 May 2026 and will be open daily from 11 am to 6 pm. Admission is free.<\/p>\n
This year, TEOS is raising funds for the Art Forest<\/em> campaign by the Finnish Natural Heritage Foundation<\/strong>. The proceeds will be used to permanently protect Finnish forests. A portion of the sales from most artworks will be donated to the campaign by the artists and the organising associations. In addition, the event includes a dedicated Art Forest section, in which all proceeds from the artworks are donated in full to the campaign.<\/p>\n TEOS 2026 partners include Kiilto, Durat, Mjuk, and Vaarnii.<\/p>\n TEOS has been a part of Helsinki\u2019s cultural life for over 20 years. This year\u2019s art sales exhibition features a record number of participating artists\u2014over 400\u2014and nearly 2,000 works on display. The event is organised by the Association of Finnish Sculptors, the Association of Finnish Printmakers, and the Association of Photographic Artists. These national, non-profit organisations aim to support and strengthen the work of professional artists living in Finland in a variety of ways. \nThe TEOS online shop will open for preview on Friday 24 April at 11 am<\/strong>. Purchasing will begin at the start of the event on Friday 8 May at 11 am. The online store will also remain open for post-event sales until Saturday 30 May.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Before and during the event, you can get a glimpse of the atmosphere on social media and on the TEOS website. Content includes artist and collector interviews, as well as works available for sale.<\/p>\n
